سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «القرآن الكريم - اوبتيكا» من  اوبتيكا ذ.م.م

تطبيق «القرآن الكريم - اوبتيكا» تقدّمه شركة اوبتيكا ذ.م.م، وصُمِّم ليعمل على جهازك. لا يوجد حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا إعلانات، ولا مُتتبِّعات، ولا أدوات تحليلات. ولا نُنشئ لك مُعرِّفًا ولا نتتبّع استخدامك.

١) ما يبقى على جهازك

إعداداتك وقراءتك تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل إلينا:

  • المظهر، لون الصفحة، الخطوط، لغة الواجهة، وعرض الأرقام
  • آخر صفحة قرأتها، المواضع المحفوظة، وملاحظاتك على الآيات
  • اختيار القارئ، وإعدادات مواقيت الصلاة والتنبيهات

يمكنك مسحها كلها من «الإعدادات ← إعادة تعيين»، أو بحذف التطبيق.

٢) الموقع الجغرافي

يُستخدم الموقع لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة وأقرب المساجد. الحساب يتم داخل جهازك، وقائمة المساجد مُضمَّنة في التطبيق نفسه. لا يُرسل موقعك إلى خوادمنا ولا إلى أي طرف ثالث. الإذن اختياري، ويمكنك بدلًا منه اختيار مدينتك يدويًا. وإذا طلبت «الاتجاهات» إلى مسجد، يفتح التطبيق تطبيق الخرائط لديك — وعندها تنطبق سياسة خصوصية مزوّد الخرائط.

٣) ما يستخدم الإنترنت

عند اختيارك الاستماع إلى قارئ، يجلب التطبيق ملف الصوت من الخدمة المجانية quran.com (‎api.quran.com‎ و‎verses.quran.com‎). يحدث ذلك فقط عندما تبدأ التشغيل بنفسك. لا نرسل معنا أي معلومة عنك؛ غير أن الاتصال بأي خادم على الإنترنت يكشف عنوان IP الخاص بك لذلك الخادم، وهذا خارج سيطرتنا. باقي التطبيق — المصحف والتفاسير والأذكار والمواقيت — يعمل بلا إنترنت.

التحقّق من وجود تحديث: عند فتح التطبيق وهو متصل بالإنترنت، يسأل التطبيق خدمة آبل العامة عن رقم آخر إصدار منشور ليقترح عليك التحديث عند توفّره — لا يُرسَل في هذا الطلب أي معلومة عنك، وهو مجرّد قراءة لرقم الإصدار.

٤) ما تُرسله أنت بنفسك (الملاحظات واقتراح تعديل)

يتيح التطبيق إرسال ملاحظات واقتراحات، أو اقتراح تعديل على معلومات مسجد. هذه هي الحالة الوحيدة التي تصلنا فيها بيانات، ولا تُرسل إلا بضغطك على «إرسال».

تُحفظ هذه الرسائل لدى اوبتيكا ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريقها المصرّح له. لا تُباع ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة أخرى ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات.

لطلب حذف رسالة أرسلتها، راسلنا على optica@optica.net وسنحذفها.

٥) الإشعارات

تنبيهات الأذان مغلقة افتراضيًا. إذا فعّلتها، تُجدوَل الإشعارات على جهازك بناءً على المواقيت المحسوبة محليًا. لا يوجد خادم إشعارات، ولا نرسل لك إشعارات من عندنا.

٦) الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يجمع بيانات عن عمد من الأطفال.

٧) تغييرات هذه السياسة

عند تغيّر ما يجمعه التطبيق، نُحدِّث هذه الصفحة ونُغيِّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

The Al-Quraan Al-Kareem app by Optica W.L.L (optica.net) fully respects your privacy.

1) What stays on your device

Your settings and reading are stored only on your device and are never sent to us:

  • Theme, page colour, fonts, interface language and numeral style
  • Last page read, saved positions, and your notes on verses
  • Chosen reciter, and prayer-time and alert settings

You can erase all of it from Settings → Reset settings, or by deleting the app.

2) Location

Location is used to work out prayer times, qibla direction and nearby mosques. The calculation happens on your device, and the mosque list is bundled inside the app. Your location is never sent to our servers or to any third party. The permission is optional — you can pick your city manually instead. If you ask for directions to a mosque, the app opens your maps application, and that provider’s own privacy policy then applies.

3) What uses the internet

When you choose to listen to a reciter, the app fetches the audio from the free quran.com service (api.quran.com and verses.quran.com). This happens only when you start playback yourself. We send no information about you; however, connecting to any server on the internet reveals your IP address to that server, which is outside our control. The rest of the app — mushaf, tafsirs, adhkar and prayer times — works without internet.

Update check: when the app is opened while online, it asks Apple’s public app-catalogue service for the latest published version number, so it can suggest an update when one exists. Nothing about you is sent — it is simply a read of a version number.

4) What you choose to send us (feedback and corrections)

The app lets you send feedback and suggestions, or suggest a correction to a mosque’s details. This is the only case in which any data reaches us, and nothing is sent until you tap “Send”.

These messages are kept by Optica and are readable only by its authorised staff. They are never sold, never shared with anyone else and never used for advertising.

To have a message you sent deleted, write to optica@optica.net and we will delete it.

5) Notifications

Adhan alerts are off by default. If you switch them on, the notifications are scheduled on your device from times calculated locally. There is no notification server, and we never send you notifications.

6) Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7) Changes to this policy

If what the app collects changes, we update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
